As a native New Yorker, and longtime resident of the southern tier, Tom has always had a passion for real estate and development. Tom got his first taste of the industry working for a real estate company who worked directly with buyers and developers of coastal properties in the southeastern United States. More recently, Tom has spent over ten years in the title industry, both as an independent contractor working on some of the largest oil and gas projects throughout NY and PA, and also as an employee for two of the areas most reputable title companies researching both residential and commercial transactions. This prior experience has allowed Tom to cultivate connections in legal, taxation and title to provide key resources to clients. Residing in Bath with his wife and two children, Tom is conveniently located to meet with clients throughout Steuben County and the surrounding areas.
